HCRG Care Group in Slough is seeking a Community Nursery Nurse to support children, young people and families within the 0-19 Integrated Service. You will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, provide practical guidance on feeding, sleep and safeguarding, and work across schools, homes, clinics and community settings.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, prioritise your workload, maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing professional development through The Learning Enterprise.

Formación

• Qualified for child care with relevant diplomas/certifications.
• Knowledge of Healthy Child Programme (0-19).
• Understanding safeguarding procedures and information governance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver health promotion activities to children and families.
• Contribute to Healthy Child Programme delivery and developmental reviews.
• Maintain safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance.
• Collaborate with schools, GP practices and social care.
• Manage own workload and maintain electronic records.
