Job summary

Under the direction of the Public Health Nurse (PHN), you will support health improvement across the local population, requiring a full valid driving licence and access to a car for regular business use.

The post holder will work with children, young people and families within the Early Years settings, school and community setting, or within the home environment as deemed necessary. Supporting the delivery of Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme as part of the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service. Working across the 0 - 5,Age 6 Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) age range under the direction of the Public Health Nurse (PHN) to improve the health and wellbeing of a defined geographical population.,

• Will be part of a skill mixed team and as a Community Nursery Nurse you will work to deliver the universal and targeted Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme as part of the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service. Working across the 0-5 age, age 6 Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) age range under the direction of the Public Health Nurse (PHN) to improve the Health and wellbeing of the local population.
  Have a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
