Community Nurse
Dream Medical Limited – Thames Valley

Dream Medical is currently working with the Spelthorne community area to provide locum Community Nurses. You will be responsible for running wound care clinics in Stanwell and Sunbury. The role requires skills in Doppler's, compression bandaging, and wound care. You may also need to visit patients in their homes within the Spelthorne community area.

Your daily duties may include:

  1. Administering drugs
  2. Checking temperature, blood pressure, and breathing
  3. Assisting doctors with physical examinations
  4. Giving injections
  5. Cleaning and dressing wounds
  6. Monitoring or setting up intravenous drips
  7. Providing emotional support and practical advice to patients and their families
  8. Teaching basic caring skills where needed
  9. Syringe driver competency is essential
