North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust in Eden Valley (Lake District border) is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our evolving Community Team. This permanent post offers 37.5 hours per week across a mix of day and late shifts, including weekends on a rota.

The post serves the local population of the Eden ICC and is based in Eden. You will work to prevent hospital admissions, support discharge and promote independence through reablement and management of long-term
