Main duties of the job
The postholder will work with individuals in crisis and their families, supporting those in mental health crisis in the boroughs. Responsibilities include responding to urgent referrals, supporting crisis response practitioners, providing supervision, ensuring safe crisis support, conducting assessments, and coordinating crisis care plans.
Flexibility and rotational work are expected to meet service needs.
