Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Band 5 to join the Out of Hours Nursing and Conditions Team covering Hull and East Riding.

This post is for 23 hours per week with working hours from 8pm to 8am.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. The ability to commute efficiently across the service area is essential.

The successful applicant should be a first-level registered nurse with excellent communication skills.

Previous experience of community nursing is not essential. The successful candidate will have a named supervisor and an individual development plan.
