About

Staff Partners are currently looking for Community District Nurses (RGN Band 5), with a passion for delivering outstanding care. The role is based around Salisbury.

Whether you are looking for block bookings, full-time, part-time, or ad hoc bookings, we can offer flexible options. Compensation is up to £30 per hour.

Main Duties
  1. Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practice.
  2. Promote health and healing through observing, monitoring well-being, and evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
  3. Ensure patient needs are met by liaising with multidisciplinary team members including specialist nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and overseeing healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
  4. Safeguard patients.
  5. Provide updates to colleagues, family members, and carers.

  1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player.
  2. The sensitivity and energy required to provide trusting care for patients.
  3. A genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
  4. Experience working in a community hospital setting.
