Community Nurse Needed in Chippenham Paying Up to £30 an Hour

Staff Partners are currently looking for Community District Nurses (RGN Band 5), with a passion for delivering outstanding care. The role is based around Salisbury.

Whether you are seeking block bookings, full-time, part-time, or ad hoc shifts, we can accommodate your preferences. The pay rate is up to £30 per hour.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide compassionate and competent care to patients and service users based on current evidence of best practices.
  2. Promote health and healing through observing, monitoring well-being, and evaluating the effectiveness of the care provided.
  3. Ensure patients' needs are met by liaising with multidisciplinary team members including specialist nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. Oversee healthcare assistants, nursing associates, and students.
  4. Safeguard patients' well-being.
  5. Provide updates to colleagues, family members of the patient, and carers.
