Job summary

The Registered Nurse at Milestone, LLC will work within the local community to implement personal care services in line with contract requirements and established guidelines. You will lead supervision, reflective practice, and staff development to model a strengths-based program.

You will oversee recruitment and hiring of personal care staff, direct clinical operations to uphold professional standards, and maintain nursing patient records.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current license.
• Experience in community-based care and supervising support staff.
• Strong knowledge of professional standards and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and hiring recommendations for personal care staff.
• Direct clinical operations to maintain quality aligned with professional standards and Milestone's goals.
• Maintain and update nursing patient tracking and care information daily.
• Ensure staff attend required education sessions per orientation and contract.
• Develop strategies to address knowledge and skill gaps in staff.
