A community healthcare provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Community Nurse to deliver expert end of life care for patients with complex needs both at home and in care homes. The ideal candidate is a registered Nurse with three years of experience in palliative care or haematology. • Deliver expert end of life care to those with complex palliative/end of life needs in their own homes and care homes.

Skills and Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be a registered Nurse on Part 1 (Adult) of the live NMC Register.
• Three year’s post-registration experience caring for patients with cancer/palliative care or haematology needs in a health care setting is also required.
