The successful applicant will provide professional, holistic nursing care and support to patients, carers, and families within a variety of community settings, delivered with compassion, dignity, and respect.
This post requires individuals who can deliver the highest quality care, ensure evidence-based/best practice, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to changing work patterns. The role involves a variety of shift patterns over a 7-day service.

The successful candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assess individual patient care needs, escalate concerns appropriately, and work as lone workers responsible for delegating tasks, assessments, and evaluations.
