We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hardworking nurses to work in our out-of-hours community nursing service.
We are a team of highly skilled, dedicated, and caring nurses committed to making a difference in our community. Caring is at the core of our work, motivating us to deliver the best quality care.
We provide community nursing services to patients requiring unplanned care in the evenings and overnight, co-located with the Integrated Urgent Care Service (out-of-hours GP) and the Rapid Response team.
The evening and overnight district nursing team supports patient flow through timely responses from 7pm until 8am.
We foster a positive and inclusive culture, supporting one another with guidance and mentorship for new starters. We offer a supportive induction and are committed to professional development.
Work twilight shifts (7pm-1am) across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. Our flexible working policy allows us to meet the needs of the service.
We support mobile working with laptops and smartphones, enabling real-time documentation and immediate patient focus.

A driving license and vehicle for work purposes are essential.
