Delivering personal care, including:

Washing, dressing, and toileting support

Medication administration (including injections and controlled drugs)

Feeding (oral and via PEG)

Performing clinical tasks such as:

PEG care and maintenance

Catheter care

Oral suctioning, nebulisers, and rescue meds

Supporting service users with dignity and professionalism

Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safeguarding protocols

Liaising with families, case workers, and other health professionals

Participating in training, supervisions, and clinical assessments

NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Children's - paeds experience welcome but not essential)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - this is non-negotiable

Confident, competent, and caring

Resilient and adaptable, with strong clinical decision-making skills

Comfortable working alone in community settings

£30,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Paid mileage and travel time

Clinical supervision and CPD opportunities

Ongoing training tailored to complex care and community nursing

24/7 office support - you're never out there alone

A chance to build real, lasting relationships with the families you support

This role is perfect for a nurse who values hands-on, holistic care-and who wants to see the real difference nursing can make outside the walls of a hospital.
