Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses (Band 5) to join the North Hull Nursing and Conditions community team.

Various hours are available, including full-time and part-time options.

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurses to work within our community nursing team, providing holistic, high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes. The successful candidates should be first-level registered nurses with excellent communication skills. Previous community nursing experience is not essential. Each successful candidate will have a designated supervisor and an individually tailored development plan.

CHCP CIC is committed to developing its clinical workforce and offers opportunities for further study and career progression. You will join dynamic and proactive nursing teams working in partnership with health and social care providers.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working independently.

The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to suitable transportation is essential.
