What you will do:

1. Provide expert diabetic care and monitoring, including advice and support, checking CBG levels and administering insulin.
2. Conduct wound dressings both simple and complex, and apply advanced techniques like two-layer bandaging and Ksoft, Klite, Kplus bandaging.
3. Perform both female and male catheterization and ensure proper bladder maintenance, including supra pubic catheterization.
4. Administer eyedrops and prescribed medications while providing medication advice to patients.
5. Deliver palliative care and support, including syringe driver administration as a second nurse.
6. Provide advice and support for diet, nutrition, wound care, and continence support.
7. Carry out MUST, MUAC, and BMI calculations for accurate health assessments.

An in-date DBS is required for this position to ensure safety and compliance in the community.
