Day Rate: £22.00 per hour
Join our team as a Community Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a community setting. In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Provide injections, wound care, and end-of-life care (including syringe drivers)
Conduct leg ulcer assessments using Doppler machines
Carry out bladder and bowel assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid NMC registration and PIN
Previous community nursing experience
Skills in injections, wound care, end-of-life care, leg ulcer assessments, and bladder/bowel assessments
A valid UK driving license and access to your own car
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts.
Contract duration: 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
