An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the community nursing team in Woking. The role involves delivering care in patients' homes and care homes, with support for professional development and training. The position operates over a 7-day week, offering a comprehensive induction and ongoing training opportunities.
The Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are looking for a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our community nursing team across the neighbourhoods of Central Woking and Sheerwater, North and West Woking, East Woking, and South Woking.
The Community Team visits patients in their own homes as well as care homes. We offer excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses who will ensure you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service operates over a 7-day week from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, with a variable shift pattern that includes weekends and bank holidays.
This post requires an Adult Nursing qualification. Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply. You will be supported with a comprehensive induction and training package to help you settle in, along with development opportunities.

Salary: £31,469 to £38,308 per year, inclusive of 5% High Cost Area allowance, pro-rated.
