You will be responsible for supporting adults with severe mental illness, working full-time in the community. Working Pattern:

On-site only (no hybrid or flexible working available)

Position Overview:

Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Nurse to join an Adult Functional SMI (Severe Mental Illness) Service in North Shropshire. This full-time temporary role covers the Oswestry and Market Drayton areas for an initial period of 8 weeks.

Key Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse (RMN or RN with relevant experience) – Band 6 level
2. Proven experience in adult functional SMI community services
3. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
4. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
5. Excellent communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills
