Are you a motivated District Nurse looking for change?

Medacs Healthcare is seeking Community Nurses / District Nurses to join our team to provide care for patients in the community in the Handforth area, via NHS Highlands.

Main Duties of the Job

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community to keep them safe at home, prevent hospital admission, and support hospital discharge.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care, maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Provide advice and support to junior staff and assist in managing the healthcare environment.
• Implement or refer patients to relevant services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Integrated Community Teams, GP surgeries, and local trusts.
