A local healthcare provider in Oakengates is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the North Telford District Nursing Team. This role focuses on Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community and requires a commitment to interdisciplinary team collaboration and high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong community nursing skills, experience in patient education, and the ability to work independently. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join the North Telford District Nursing Team, in the provision of Planned and Admission Avoidance care to patients in the community.
We are looking for a caring, motivated friendly community nurse to join our busy, professional and dynamic team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.
Ability to travel independently to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
The base for this position is Telford, however, Community working will be based in Newport, Shropshire.
