Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking registered nurses to join our Integrated Care Teams. In this role, you will participate in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients in their own homes. You will be committed to the development of the Primary Health Care Team.

Vacancy Locations

We have openings in the following location:

  • Maldon ICT (covering Maldon, Witham, South Woodham Ferrers, and Burnham on Crouch). You may be required to work across all areas. Your preferred base will be noted but not guaranteed.
Role Responsibilities

The post involves working across planned and unplanned care pathways, delivering care to housebound patients. You will act as a professional and clinical role model, demonstrating and upholding the values of the organization and profession, including trust, openness, integrity, kindness, and mutual support. You will also serve as an ambassador for Provide, exemplifying excellent customer care.
