Are you a compassionate and driven nurse looking to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives outside of the hospital setting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Nurse to join a leading private healthcare provider in Crawley.

Your Role:

As a Community Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the local community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct nursing care in patients' homes
  • Collaborating with families to develop tailored care plans
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
  • Managing and prioritising your own caseload
  • Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and compliance

What You’ll Need:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid NMC pin
  • IV therapy competency
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Community nursing experience is beneficial but not essential
