A healthcare provider is seeking a Community Nurse for their Thurrock team. This role involves providing nursing care to adults, promoting community wellbeing, and working within a diverse setting. You will work with a diverse community, developing knowledge and skills around different cultural perspectives while delivering nursing care in patients' homes and residential care homes. Our patients are over 18 years old with primarily physical nursing needs. (Note: This position is not within a Community Mental Health team.)
We prioritize proper induction and welcome new starters on the first Monday of each month. The comprehensive induction lasts up to two weeks and includes mandatory training, systems training, and equipment allocation. You will also have opportunities to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend engagement, health, and wellbeing sessions at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
This role is subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt unless they are already in a probationary period or are bank staff.
This position attracts a 5% High Cost Area Supplement of the basic salary, with a minimum of £1,303 and a maximum of £2,198 per annum (pro rata).
