The Community Nursing Service in Cardiff Locality is currently offering career opportunities for qualified nurses within Primary Community Intermediate Care (PCIC) Clinical Board. We are looking to recruit to the District Nurse Teams across Cardiff.

There are extensive learning and development opportunities for all nurses within the service, including specialist community nursing qualifications, advanced practitioner, wound and palliative care qualifications, with training up to and including Masters Level.
As a service, we work closely with other community services and our colleagues in University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital Llandough, and local community hospitals, the local authority, and voluntary sector, to ensure that our patients receive the best care. We are developing new and integrated working models that offer opportunities for diverse and innovative roles.
