Band 6 Community Nurse

Home Treatment Team

Contract Duration: 3 months initial contract with the possibility of extension

Shifts: Varied shifts between Monday-Sunday, 08:00-20:00

Location: Community based across Ampthill, Shefford, Biggleswade

Responsibilities:

• Support all same-day unplanned care, including:
• Catheter management (all types)
• Palliative care (symptom control, crisis calls)
• Assessment and wound care for pressure ulcers
• Holistic assessment during care breakdown
• Equipment provision

Requirements:

To be eligible, you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and have experience working within a community setting.
