A local community organization in Rayleigh is seeking a Community Mission Facilitator to enhance spiritual and community programmes. The role involves providing pastoral support, facilitating community groups, and ensuring the safety of participants. Ideal candidates will have experience in community engagement and a strong commitment to Christian values.
Please note this is a fixed term position for 1 year. Working hours: 15 hours per week, (Flexible approach - Mon to Fri work pattern) Interview Date: Mid December 2025
The Salvation Army, Rayleigh Corps, is looking to recruit a Community Mission Facilitator as part of our team. The overall aim of this role is to ensure the effective running of community & spiritual programmes within the Corps and local community.
