Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Community Midwives to join our expanding Community Midwifery Team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with hybrid working within the unit.

Our service spans five maternity hubs from Bracknell to Farnham, caring for around 6,000 women annually. You will support students, collaborate with the wider team, and provide personalised care across community, hospital and home settings.

Qualifications

• Provide antenatal and postnatal care for women in the Community Hub, hospital or home settings.
• Support Continuity Homebirth and on-call service to assist families.

Responsibilities

• Join a Community Midwifery Team working in a supportive environment.
• Liaise with colleagues in the wider team and support students and learners.
• Deliver evidence-based care to women from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
• Develop personalised care pathways and informed choices for families.
