Job Description
We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our Home Treatment Team in Ivybridge. The team covers a large geographical area and collaborates with the West Devon Core Team, sharing management and clinical leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity as the team is expanding its remit to prevent admissions and facilitate early discharges from hospital.
The team is friendly and supportive, with strong leadership. There are opportunities for further training and career development.
