A health organization in North London is seeking registered health or social care professionals to participate in holistic mental health assessments for children and young people. The role includes promoting emotional health, developing intervention strategies, and working collaboratively with other professionals. Ideal candidates should have experience with complex backgrounds and therapeutic qualifications. Salary ranges from £44,485 to £52,521 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Nurses, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals to join the community CAMHS Service as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a supportive and welcoming environment.
To participate in holistic mental health assessments of children and young people referred to the team, making professional assessments and early identification of mental health issues. To promote emotional and mental health needs, organize and interpret complex information, and provide informed judgments on care options. To facilitate early intervention in line with the CAMHS Service model and iTHRIVE framework. To implement multi-agency working relationships that ensure integrated care. To collaborate with other professionals and agencies within the locality to develop evidence-based strategies and interventions, and undertake case management and provide evidence-based interventions for those with mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns.

The role may require working at various locations across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington, as deemed necessary by the Trust.
Participate in holistic mental health assessments, promote early identification and intervention, implement multi-agency collaboration, develop evidence-based strategies, and manage cases with mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns.
This position requires a DBS check in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Salary: £44,485 to £52,521 per annum inclusive of HCAS
