Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assessing clients' functional abilities and needs related to mental health, daily living, and social participation
• Developing individualized care and intervention plans to enhance clients' independence and quality of life
• Collaborating with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centered care
• Supporting clients in developing coping strategies, managing daily routines, and accessing community resources
• Facilitating group and individual therapy sessions focused on occupational engagement
