Are you a resilient Occupational Therapist with demonstrable post qualification experience, who is keen to take on the challenges older adult mental health groups face?
We are recruiting for Occupational Therapists to join our Community Mental Health Team, based in Witney or Banbury. You'll provide assessment and evidence-based treatment interventions to a wide range of older adults across North and West Oxfordshire.

Working in the towns of Witney and Banbury, we focus on the recovery of patients through a multidisciplinary (MDT) approach, with expertise from doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, support workers and psychological therapies staff alongside regular clinical team meetings. We strive to provide person centred evidence-based care to patients and where possible working collaboratively with their families and carers.
The CMHT is a wonderful team to work in and this role offers an opportunity to develop senior clinical and leadership skills. The Management team are committed to the wellbeing and development of the staff working in the team. The Older Adult CMHT supports adults 65+ years of age who experience a wide range of mental health conditions. We are committed to the person-centred recovery approach in all our clinical work and pride ourselves in offering a high-quality service.
The responsibilities of the role include:
You will be supported by an experienced leadership team from across the professions who facilitate forums for Nursing and Occupational Therapists and hold your development as a priority. We offer regular supervision and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional development.
