An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Integrated Mental Health Team in Stafford. Integrated Mental Health Teams offer community-based interventions for people experiencing a range of mental health conditions. The teams have been developed in line with MPFT's Community Mental Health Transformation Framework to offer integrated, place-based community mental health services.
We are looking for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse or a Band 5 development post to join our dynamic and friendly Integrated Mental Health Team based in Stafford. The Integrated Mental Health Team is an innovative secondary care community team guided by collective leadership, providing evidence-based psychological and medical interventions to patients with complex mental health needs. This role will focus on mental health needs of a non-psychotic nature (e.g., depression, OCD, anxiety, trauma, personality disorder).
The usual hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. You will be expected to travel across a large geographical area, so access to suitable transport is essential.
