We are currently seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses to become part of our dedicated Community Mental Health Team. Based at Saffron House in High Wycombe, our team is committed to providing exceptional care and treatment to adults with mental health challenges. Our goal is to deliver patient-centred care of the highest quality, while supporting our staff in their roles and fostering their professional growth.
As part of the Chiltern West CMHT Adult Mental Health Team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes medical professionals, psychological therapists, social workers, occupational therapists, RMNs, and support workers. We also collaborate with third-sector workers who specialise in employment, housing, and social needs. To bridge the gap between patients and clinicians, we have also introduced Peer Support Workers who bring the invaluable perspective of lived experience.
This role is eligible for an incentive scheme of £3,500 paid at intervals over an 18-month period. All payments are pro-rata, non-pensionable and subject to a clawback clause. Please note that only employees external to Oxford Health NHS are eligible for this scheme.
Please note if you are based outside of the UK you will need to hold HCPC registration in order to be considered for this role
