Job summary

Your World Nursing is seeking a Psychiatric Community Nurse to deliver mental health support in the community from Warminster. You will assess patients, develop care plans, provide counselling and medication management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is required.
• At least 6 months’ experience in a UK healthcare setting.
