The shift pattern for this, full-time 37 hours per week position is Monday to Friday – 9am- 5pm (4.30pm 1 x day TBA).
We are seeking a registered mental health nurse with a strong interest in working with individuals with complex mental health needs in a community setting. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload under the direct supervision from the Nurse Team Leader & Band 6 Charge Nurses. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination of care delivery and the provision of direct delivery of care via mediums of one-one sessions, treatment clinics and resource centre duty. You will provide skilled nursing support and effective care planning, implementation and evaluation of agreed nursing interventions under the supervision of the Nurse Team leader & Charge Nurses.
It is essential that you are a registered mental health nurse with excellent communication and organisational skills with experience of working in a mental health setting. You will provide supervision to junior staff. A current driving licence is required for this post. The shift pattern is Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
