Job summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a nurse to join the Greenwich West ADAPT Team. You will work alongside clinical and other non-clinical colleagues to make a positive contribution to our patient's journey to recovery.
The Greenwich ADAPT Service provide care and treatment to individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, affective disorder, personality or trauma. The successful candidate will be supported to develop their assessment skills and psychologically informed interventions (both group and individual) to enable them to work as an effective member of the team.
Main duties of the job: The post holder will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessment of service users and carers mental health and social care needs. Once these needs have been identified the post holder will be responsible for developing a goal focussed and person centred care plan to enable the provision of an appropriate intervention.

We have over 125 sites in a variety of locations across the London Boroughs of Bexley, Bromley Greenwich and into Kent and manage hospital sites including Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup and Memorial Hospital in Woolwich as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit for people with mental health needs.
