We are currently working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join their Early Intervention Service in Harlesden.
Department: Early Intervention Service
Rate of pay: £27 p/h Umbrella
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
Patient range: 14 - 35 years
You'll be responsible for carrying out psychiatric assessments, care planning, risk assessments, participate in MDT within the service.
