This is a part time post working 30 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity for a QualifiedNurse to join our well-established Care Home In Reach Nurse, which is acountywide service. The team provides support to residents of care homes livingwith dementia or those over 65 with a functional mental health illness. Theservice is open Monday to Friday, 9-5, excluding bank holidays. Flexibleworking patterns will be considered. Theteam is based in the grounds of the Belmont Abbey, which is a peaceful rural location,2 miles from the main city of Hereford. There is plenty of free parking. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding care to patients.
