A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality assessments and support to service users facing mental health challenges. The role involves working in various community settings, collaborating with team members, and mentoring less experienced staff. Successful candidates will hold an RMN qualification and have experience in mental health settings.

To participate in the provision of a high quality care. This will involve assessing, supporting, monitoring of the service users who are experiencing mental health issues.
It will involve you're working in a variety of community settings; it will include you liaising and co working with other services both statutory and non statutory.
It will involve you're working with carers and families of service users and will involve seeing service users families and carers in their own homes, clinics or in other environments such as hostels, supported living and residential settings.
