Job description

Applications are invited for individuals who wish to join our multidisciplinary Adult Community Mental Health Team.

As the successful applicants, you will have experience of working with people with a wide range of mental health problems and have current knowledge of best practice in Mental Health Nursing. The post holders will work in partnership to provide psychosocial and psychological interventions, facilitating, enabling and supporting people within their homes and communities.

There will be a requirement to provide a supervisory role to junior members of staff within the nursing team, and to fulfil the CMHS Duty Worker role. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team you will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills as a core component of your role.

You must be registered on Sub-Part 1:RN3 or RNMH of the UK NMC Register

Hours of work are: 21 hours, currently Monday to Friday

Fixed Term/ secondment until July 2026
