Job Role: Community Matron Nurse
Band: 7
WORKING HOURS: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing a caseload of service users with complex health and social care issues. Supporting the D/N team and therapies.

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Managing complex patients. Ideally, would need to be a prescriber and have advanced clinical skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 6 months Healthcare experience
  2. Right to work in the UK
  3. References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
  4. NMC Registration
  5. Overseas Police Check, if any
  6. Indemnity Insurance
  7. Up to date CV
  8. Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
