Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Community Engagement Executive who thrives in online communities and knows how to build authentic connections. In this role, you'll be responsible for embedding usecure into the digital and event landscape of MSPs and channel partners. You’ll represent the brand across community platforms, drive engagement, amplify our channel presence, and support our broader channel marketing and enablement initiatives.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that reports directly to the Channel Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The key goal of this role is to grow usecure’s visibility, influence and engagement within the MSP channel community to drive awareness, demand, and partner success.

Community Engagement

• Collaborate with channel community partners to optimise usecure’s presence to MSP audiences and co-deliver marketing initiatives that drive joint visibility, lead generation, and growth.
• Build relationships with channel community moderators, influencers, and thought leaders.
• Represent usecure in relevant MSP, IT, and channel communities (e.g., Reddit, LinkedIn groups, Discords, Slack groups).
• Start and engage in meaningful conversations within the channel to build awareness and advocacy for usecure.
• Identify trending topics and participate in discussions that align with usecure’s messaging.
• Support the Channel Marketing Manager in the execution of co-branded campaigns and training materials.
• Coordinate the development of case studies, testimonials, and spotlight stories with partners.
• Organise and manage merchandise and swag fulfilment for events and campaigns.

Social Media & Content Amplification

• Execute usecure’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms, including boosting usecure’s brand presence across social platforms.
• Schedule and publish channel-focused content to grow engagement and attract new MSP leads.
• Monitor social and referral performance and provide insights to optimise campaigns.

Event Support & Execution

• Assist with logistics, registration, promotion, and follow-up for channel events and webinars.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a community, channel marketing, partner marketing, or social media role (B2B SaaS, MSP, Distribution or cybersecurity a bonus).
• A people-first mindset — you enjoy collaborating, connecting with others, and building strong relationships both online and offline.
• A basic understanding of social media platforms and how they operate.
• Proven experience growing and engaging social channels, online communities or forums.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• A self-starter who’s confident working independently and cross-functionally.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with MSP market dynamics and partner programs.
• Experience with community platforms like Reddit, Discord, Spiceworks, or similar.
• Knowledge of HubSpot social tools
• Basic design or video editing skills for social media content.
