Job description

We’re looking for incredible talent to join our evolving team with roles across the whole of Community Management.

We look after customers that have reached out to us via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Blue Sky, and more, delivering exceptional customer service with each interaction. We tackle new challenges and complex issues, always prioritizing quality and the customer experience.

Have you been in Octopus for 9 months or more?

Do you pride yourself on providing 5-star customer service?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?

Are your detective skills comparable to Sherlock Holmes?

Are you experienced in Smets or Smart Product (or both)?

We are a remote team, operating Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm, including bank holidays. We work 37.5 hours a week over a 6-week rolling rota with shifts from 8-4pm, 11-7pm, and 2-10pm.
