Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking a proactive Community Manager to animate and grow brand communities across social platforms. You will plan, create, publish, and moderate content to engage audiences, while ensuring the brands’ voice remains consistent and on‑brand.

Collaborating with Social Media, Strategy, Creative and Project teams, you will support campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights to optimise social strategies. Fluency in French and strong English are required.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media or Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency.
  • Excellent written French and good professional English.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and emerging networks.

Responsibilities

  • Animate and grow brand communities across social channels.
  • Plan, create, publish and moderate content to engage and retain audiences.
  • Manage daily social presence and ensure consistent, high‑quality brand voice.
  • Contribute to creative briefs to align posts with communication goals.
  • Collaborate with Social Media, Strategy, Creative and Project teams to execute content.

  • Moderate conversations, comments and interactions across channels.
  • Respond to communities with tone‑of‑voice and guidelines adherence.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and posting schedules.
  • Track, analyze and share content and community performance.
  • Identify trends and consumer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual social media reporting and calendars.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platforms evolutions and best practices.

OLIVER France renforce son équipe pour l’un de ses clients, un groupe de grande consommation dans le secteur de la santé et de l’hygiène.

Le Community Manager (H/F) aura pour mission d’animer et de développer les communautés sociales des marques accompagnées par l’agence. Il ou elle participera à la mise en œuvre des stratégies social media au quotidien, à travers la publication de contenus, la modération, l’engagement des communautés et le suivi des performances sur l’ensemble des plateformes sociales.

En étroite collaboration avec le Social Media Manager, le Social Strategist, les équipes créatives, les chefs de projet, les équipes marques et les équipes média, le Community Manager veillera à garantir la cohérence éditoriale, la qualité des contenus publiés et l’engagement des audiences dans le respect des objectifs de chaque marque.

Missions :

Animer et développer les communautés des marques sur les différentes plateformes sociales.

Planifier, créer, publier et modérer les contenus destinés à engager et fidéliser les audiences.

Assurer la gestion quotidienne des réseaux sociaux et garantir une présence cohérente et qualitative des marques.

Participer aux réflexions créatives et aux briefs de contenu afin de s’assurer que les publications répondent aux enjeux de communication et aux objectifs des marques.

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Social Media, Stratégie, Création et Projet pour assurer la bonne exécution des contenus.

Travailler avec les équipes Marques et Média sur la mise en œuvre des campagnes intégrées.

Assurer la modération des conversations, commentaires et interactions sur les différents canaux sociaux.

Répondre aux communautés dans le respect du ton de voix et des guidelines de chaque marque.

Gérer les calendriers éditoriaux et veiller au respect des plannings de publication.

Suivre, analyser et partager les performances des contenus et des communautés.

Identifier les tendances, insights consommateurs et opportunités d’engagement afin d’alimenter les recommandations stratégiques.

Contribuer aux reportings social media mensuels et annuels.

Participer à la construction et à la mise à jour des calendriers éditoriaux.

Assurer une veille constante des tendances digitales, des évolutions des plateformes et des meilleures pratiques social media.

Profil recherché :

2 à 4 ans d’expérience en Community Management, Social Media ou Marketing Digital, idéalement en agence.

Très bonne connaissance des plateformes sociales, notamment Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat et des réseaux émergents.

Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles en français.

Forte capacité d’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.

Expérience des outils de publication, de modération, de social listening et de reporting.

Capacité à analyser les performances social media et à transformer les résultats en recommandations concrètes.

Sens du détail et souci permanent de la cohérence des marques.

Esprit collaboratif et aisance à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Intérêt marqué pour les réseaux sociaux, les communautés digitales, la création de contenu et les tendances digitales.

Attitude positive, proactivité et excellentes qualités relationnelles.

Français courant et bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
