The Role: Community Manager of Serviced Offices

As a Community Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering an exceptional workspace experience for our members. Combining your passion for operational excellence, relationship building, and community development, you’ll ensure our sites run smoothly, our members are happy, and our standards are consistently high.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. Whether it’s solving problems, planning events, or keeping the site “showroom ready,” you’ll play a key part in making Runway East the best place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our vibrant Community team, your responsibilities include:

  • Site Operations: Oversee daily operations, quickly resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and security standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support your Community Associate(s), delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the team feels motivated and empowered.
  • Member Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with members, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Community Atmosphere: Support small initiatives & events that bring members together, creating a friendly and welcoming workspace.
  • Standards & Presentation: Ensure the site is always “showroom ready” with high attention to detail.
  • KPI Responsibility: Follow and implement processes to achieve our KPI targets, setting clear expectations with the team for performance and aligning with the company’s goals.
  • Delivering a Great Member Experience: Continuously improve the space and services based on member feedback, creating a place they love to work.
