Community Manager

Location: London Salary: £40-45K Job Type: Full-time (Office based)

A dynamic managed office provider is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager to lead and nurture a vibrant business community.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and lead engagement initiatives to expand membership.
  • Convert office tours into memberships by showcasing workspace benefits.
  • Oversee meeting rooms, boardrooms, and studios.
  • Promote meeting room packages to members and external businesses.
  • Work with third-party booking companies to enhance service offerings.
  • Manage and expand bookings for bespoke event spaces, partnering with third-party event booking companies.
  • Oversee mail collection and distribution for members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive the growth of services, attracting new clients and managing renewals.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries, converting interest into signed memberships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all member enquiries, addressing client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new members, making them feel welcome and supported.
  • Other adhoc duties as required.
