The right person for the job will be able to demonstrate an ability to wear many hats, collaborate, adaptively implement feedback and actively listen to marketing leadership.

Ultimately, you will be a key member of the Lo-Fi Games team, driving engagement and nurturing our community with clear, well-crafted communications, and helping ensure that our fans remain excited and involved in our journey as we draw nearer to Kenshi 2’s release.

This role is offered as a hybrid or remote position, with a desk available in our Bristol office.

Add content to Steam, our newsletter platform and our website

Provide reports on our social media network engagement, growth and sentiment

Establish and maintain friendly and helpful relationships with streamers and content creators, keeping a close eye on their content

Assist the Marketing Team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Work closely with the QA and development team to stay on top of Kenshi 2 bug reports and game updates

Requirements

Three years’ professional experience in a games industry Community Management role where you’ve nurtured and significantly grown an active community

Fantastic writing skills – the ability to speak both formally and informally with our company’s tone is absolutely vital to this position

Strong knowledge of Kenshi’s lore, its fanbase’s humour and a passionate love for the game itself

Experience using social media analytics and management tools

Strong knowledge of social media best practices

Experience using image and video editing software professionally

Strong attention to visual detail

Ability to interact with community members with sensitivity and respect while maintaining professional boundaries

A strong team player that’s comfortable voicing their honest opinions and responding to feedback
