Avenues Group is seeking caring staff to support five individuals with complex health needs in a supported living service in Gillingham, Medway. You’ll help with daily tasks, personal care and community access, ensuring dignity and person-centred care.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential to drive the service minibus. We offer paid training from day one and nationally recognised qualifications for a rewarding long-term career.

Competenze

• Proven positive attitude and kindness with a willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence is required to drive the service minibus.
• Experience or ability to support people with disabilities and complex health needs is desirable.

Mansioni

• Support five individuals with complex health needs in daily living and community activities.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate level of support.
• Assist with cooking, shopping, money management and personal care with dignity.
• Help people access local community and hobbies, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver person-centred care.
