Overview

RiverWoods Manchester is currently seeking a full-time Community Life Associate to join our team to make a difference in the wellbeing of our residents. Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with resident committees on implementing their desired outcomes.
  • Support with active participation, in all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Team.
  • Managing assigned projects
  • Follow up on resident concerns to reach a resolution and respond to resident and staff requests for assistance.
  • Setting up event rooms
Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in senior living, activities, social services and/or gerontology, preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficient with Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge of photographic, audio/visual and computer equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
