As a pivotal figure in promoting active participation and enriching the learning journey of adult learners, your responsibilities include creating a nurturing educational environment, enhancing learner referrals and enrolments, forging robust partnerships, ensuring compliance, and providing management insights regarding referral generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, community organisations, and networks to support adult learning programmes.
  • Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
  • Conduct information, advice, and guidance sessions for potential learners.
  • Engage proactively with learners, employers, and community groups, providing comprehensive programme information.
  • Manage learner referral information and facilitate communication with tutors, managers, and curriculum heads.
  • Respond promptly to referral inquiries, offering necessary support.
